The Centro Comercial Sigo Cerro Verde will be continued in an area of 104.000 m2 located in the road from El Cafetal to Los Naranjos, where the old drive-in movie theater used to be.

It has a construction area of approximately 170.700 m2 with 61.700 m2 for sale, 25.600 m2 of pedestrian circulation, 270 shops and 3.000 parking spaces.

It is made up of three parking levels: lower level, parking level 1 and parking level 2; additionally there are three commercial levels: commercial ground floor, commercial high floor, and food-court level, where the majority of shops will me located, as well as a Sigo hypermarket and 10 movie theaters. Some shops will also be located on the parking levels.

The building structure will be mixed, concrete and structural steel: with seismic-resistant porches made of reinforced concrete, the rest of the beams and columns are made of metal. The floor and ceiling tiles are made of pre-fabricated elements, named “Prelozas” (pre-tiles), which are installed and later covered with a concrete layer, resulting in the final concrete tiles.
